[ Bestie why would you do this... she shoots Anna a Glance, but maybe her hand just slipped? It's fine. Sanji at least seems plenty interested in what she has to say (and why wouldn't he be, she's far better than any tour guide), which means this date is going perfectly.

After watching Will shimmy closer to Anna, she frowns — then links her arm through Sanji's with more confidence than she feels. Two can play at this game.

Pulling Sanji along with her, she leads the group to the first of the snake exhibits, which contains a large boa constrictor lazing about on a rock. Before anyone else can start talking, or PRESS ANY BUTTONS: ]

Boa constrictors are solitary outside of mating, which is why this one is housed alone. Only half of all females breed in a given year, and they're viviparous, meaning they give birth to live young rather than laying eggs. The gestation period lasts about four months, and on average, their litter size is about twenty-five. Like the chameleons before them, he gives the boa constrictor the barest of glances before turning his full attention to Asa. He can listen to her all day, especially if they're going to be this close!]

[he watches Asa take Sanji's arm with a small, amused smile. . . before leaning over to mutter at Anna, his fingers giving hers a tiny squeeze]

I've fought snake monsters called serpetia back home. Honesty, they're not very strong, but they can poison you so it's best to be careful.

They live in cold, dark places, like caves. Unless you're venturing out to go treasure hunting, it's not likely you'll run into one.

After a large meal, a boa constrictor can go weeks without eating. It's a result of their slow metabolisms, and lets them be more selective about their prey. They're ambush predators, so they...

[ She pauses in the middle of her dull exposition, her eyes flicking over towards Anna and Will. ]

Hey. Are you listening? I planned this date out with all three of you in mind, so I'd appreciate it if you paid attention.

We probably won't have enough time for all the exhibitions, and I'd like to bring back a souvenir to remember this occasion. The four of us can regroup after that.

The suggestion that they split up earns a frown — it's a deviation from her plans — but she can't argue with the logic behind it, so she somewhat begrudgingly nods in approval. ]

Alright. We should be done in about two hours, so I guess I'll see you then.

Grinning, Sanji waves Anna goodbye with his free hand before turning back to Asa and the boa constrictor. Geez, Will's got some ways to go if he's straightening up from something like that.]

[oh. . . guess they're escaping! he kind of gives Asa and Sanji an apologetic look as Anna tugs him away, but. . . if this is how Anna and Sanji want things to be, then he won't complain. even if he wanted to spend time with all four of them together]
