So, uh.

Welcome to Week Three! We’ve officially passed the halfway point, and after a super, duper successful Match Ceremony, I’m sure the teens are feeling all hyped up and raring to go.

Right?

Regardless, there are a few changes this Monday morning to greet the teens:

• First off, there is a new bathroom! Oooh, aaaahhhh. Three whole bathrooms in the house for the teens now. Enjoy.
  
• There is also a set of video games in the living room to connect to the TV. They are pretty much all multiplayer party games like M*rio C*rt. Don’t kill each other.
  
• There are a few packs of dorayaki now scattered around the house.
  
• There is also a piano now in the living room!
  
• On the counter in the kitchen, there is also some paper and writing implements, like basic ballpoint pens. Wait, doesn’t that break the rules?

Tsukasa’s extremely loud and obnoxious voice is not here to greet you guys this morning, which means it seems there isn’t a Task for the week–

But something else seems to be going on.

[ oooh he can bare his teeth too, his are sharp and clearly fanged. his eyes are a brighter red too. ]

You know for somebody who goes on about peace and making good with everyone, you really wanna fight with me, huh?

Shouldn't you be more pissy about Akechi who hasn't been cooperating? Or do you wanna see what it looks like when I act like as much of a crybaby as he is?

[ Minami's response only serves to embolden Mark, really stepping in his personal space. Lording his height right over him, glaring down at him, fists balled at his sides. ]

I think we should take this outside.

[ the height difference is so much but minami doesn't recoil one inch. ahh, part of him is excited but- ]

If you wanna hit me do it here so everyone can see who you really are.

actually he's just going to grab Minami's arm and start trying to drag him outside instead ]

[ he gets dragged a bit and then he hears anna which reminds him of something else and not just his instincts.

he's digging in right back so they're probably at an impasse because he'll put his whole strength into it which is formidable since demon. ]

[ As soon as Mark feels resistance he starts putting his full strength into it, too. Which is also formidable so they probably really are stuck there for a second.

Until he hears Anna and just... lets go.

Which probably sends him stumbling a bit, considering the forces at play here, ]

[ yeah and minami wasn't expecting mark to be so strong either. so mark is stumbling but minami definitely gets ping ponged a little into a couch or a chair, though he's just laying on the floor laughing afterwards.

this is so dumb he thinks, what is he doing... ]

[ Mark just barely avoids straight up eating it, taking a couple of extra steps forward before righting himself. He turns around to stare at Minami laughing on the floor, and just...

He's going to do what he should have done to begin with — what he's done the last few times — and walk away, heading outside for some air.

He can't be doing this shit. ]

[ after. she has spoken to minami, anna is stepping outside to find mark too, even as the discussion begins to die down and she'll inevitably leave to spend their recess with will. she'll toss the apple she brought out with her at him when she finds him too, with a small warning-- ]

[ so he better, since she's not aiming to hurt him, just offer him a healthy snack in these trying times. ]

[ He is not paying attention, just lost in his own head, so her warning is appreciated.

As are his quick reflexes. Mark does indeed catch the apple, only to stare at it in his hand for a second before looking back up at Anna. ]

What's up?

[ His tone is neutral; he sounds not pleased to see her, but not not pleased. He just holds the apple though; he's not exactly feeling hungry. ]

Just wanted to swing over and check on you. I know Minami-kun can be a lot to handle, and he's alike in a single way to the other person we disagree on: both of 'em can be real annoying if you let them get their claws in.

[ she's got an apple herself, biting into it as she looks moodily at the sky. ]

Minami-kun. I'll make you a parfait if you stop goading him.

Of course it is. Mark-kun knows how you are, he shouldn't let himself get so riled up -- and especially not to the point of threatening you.

[ don't worry her chiding of mark will come but she knows a little bit of how to handle minami ]

[ she's gonna give will a quick smooch on the cheek (good luck king) but please...... she is trying to save the room from minami's presence for a time. for sweets. ]

Not to mention longer. I wouldn't feel great about being forced to do anything, but like... if it's to solve something, I'd get over myself.
