it's nice and warm. it's gross and itchy. he likes it. he hates it. he can't breathe. he feels like he's breathing for the first time since that day.

he has no idea what to do with himself but he's pretty sure—the laughter fills in those gaps and as much as he wants to rip his heart out from his chest, he also feels like he really could fly if they fell from the balcony again.
