Welcome to week two, Teens Who Are Definitely Searching for Love!

Hopefully everyone got a lot of rest over the weekend, and are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for the upcoming week, because there are a few things of interest this week.

But first, some changes of note in the house!

First: there is a giant rectangular box on the living room table, addressed to Lessing. It is a care package. The only thing in it is his sword.

There is some Bauernbrot bread on the counter. Ask Lessing about that too.

There is now a hot tub near the pool. It’s large enough to seat about six teens comfortably, but you can get more in there if you really try for some reason.

Okay I think that’s everything. Additionally, Tsukasa is here early this week! He’s looking pretty perky, seemingly recovered from the Match Ceremony, and he’s got some interesting info to share with everyone.

I can't say we got closer, but I can't blame him for flying off if that's what's waiting for him back in Hell...

Maybe we need to look at the ones who won't care enough if he does just flit off? Like anyone who's more interested in their wish?

And the people who're confident they can keep his interest. To be honest, I'm not really into the thought of a partnership like the one you mentioned... but that's just me.

[ since she could never be with someone who's wish held more importance than a relationship with her. like, yeah, the wish could be important, but it can't... be the ultimatum?

Well, I think a lot of us kind of already know that anyone who partners with Minami isn't going to be the one he wants, necessarily...

So normally I'd be right there with you, but we also have to consider that not everyone who signed up for this wants the romance with their partner. In which case, someone who might not want to romantically be in a relationship with Minami, either. And I think it's pretty clear he has someone he... really seems to like.

Like if it's me, sure. He and whoever he likes have my blessing.

It's just "use and be used" isn't really my thing, you know?

[ nevermind what her and will's relationship is. don't listen to this babe it's not about them. ]

But I guess if they're equal in agreement -- you watch my back, I watch yours kind of deal? -- then that's about as good as it gets.

That's what I think, anyway. I don't think all of these matches are going to be perfectly in alignment with... what Ryuji and Wednesday get out of it, or what you and Will get out of it. It'd be nice, but some of them might be more partnerships than romantic relationships.

As long as they're happy, that's enough for me. I can work towards that kinda goal.

I just don't know if we'll be able to test it this week, since they both chose last week, unless we can work out the pairings tomorrow really carefully. And they were up for it.

I think we'll be okay. I mean, we only got one last week, so maybe we'll get all but one, right? If not, me and Will-kun'll save your wishes.
