Welcome to week two, Teens Who Are Definitely Searching for Love!

Hopefully everyone got a lot of rest over the weekend, and are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for the upcoming week, because there are a few things of interest this week.

But first, some changes of note in the house!

First: there is a giant rectangular box on the living room table, addressed to Lessing. It is a care package. The only thing in it is his sword.

There is some Bauernbrot bread on the counter. Ask Lessing about that too.

There is now a hot tub near the pool. It’s large enough to seat about six teens comfortably, but you can get more in there if you really try for some reason.

Okay I think that’s everything. Additionally, Tsukasa is here early this week! He’s looking pretty perky, seemingly recovered from the Match Ceremony, and he’s got some interesting info to share with everyone.

[ He shakes his head, not trusting himself to speak properly before shifting his way over to her. Adventure is the name of the game between them, right? So maybe the three-point kiss...

He leans in and, nope, he needs to just shut his brain off. It's go time, as he shuts his eyes and goes in for a quick peck on her lips, his heart pounding as he does. ]

[ YES!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!! THAT'S IT MARK HER BOY SHUT THAT BRAIN OFF LIKE THE TELEVISION!!!!!!! ]

[Oh, bold and decisive as he goes right for it! She likes that!

And…… she might be blushing a little herself as he pulls back.]

Going right for the daring kiss, I see.

[Smiling, tone clearly pleased.]

[ He does not know how to feel when he sees that he made her blush, pulling back and feeling heat across his own face.

But— No complaints, just approval. Okay, so this is paying off.

He grins. ]

Kind of feels like our thing, doesn't it?

Yeah… you might be onto something.

[Maybe they do have a thing. A little boldness, a little sense of adventure—something that doesn’t come entirely naturally to her on her own, but with someone else to coax it out…

It sure is there. And she’s feeling urge to be bold herself, and so—she seizes it. Before Mark can pull back too far, she’s leaning in to close the distance again, one more quick little press of her lips against his before she can fully shake herself of the notion.]

Mm. Can’t let you go without one in return.

It's a mantra running through Mark's head as everything happens in slow motion: Dorothea leaning in. Dorothea closing the gap. Dorothea kissing him back, quick and simple like he did, but still—

His heart is pounding, but also, the grin on his face is slowly spreading.

He exhales. ]

You're amazing.

[ Yeah, that's all he's got right now, but it feels like enough as he sits back, absolutely beaming at her. ]

[She can’t help but laugh, a short and fond thing, at that response.]

So I’ve heard.

[Her own face is brightened with a smile as she likewise sits back, though it gets partially obscured by a hand that is, admittedly, raised to obscure her own blushing just a little.]

You’ll have to forgive me for being a little greedy.

[ He sits back, too. Upright. Still a little breathless. ]

Of course. [ Wow!! Wow. ] I think— I mean, it's totally within your rights.
