Welcome to week two, Teens Who Are Definitely Searching for Love!

Hopefully everyone got a lot of rest over the weekend, and are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for the upcoming week, because there are a few things of interest this week.

But first, some changes of note in the house!

First: there is a giant rectangular box on the living room table, addressed to Lessing. It is a care package. The only thing in it is his sword.

There is some Bauernbrot bread on the counter. Ask Lessing about that too.

There is now a hot tub near the pool. It’s large enough to seat about six teens comfortably, but you can get more in there if you really try for some reason.

Okay I think that’s everything. Additionally, Tsukasa is here early this week! He’s looking pretty perky, seemingly recovered from the Match Ceremony, and he’s got some interesting info to share with everyone.

[ He assumes right. Lessing doesn't consider himself as nice as some of the very obvious heroes here among them. ]

I wouldn't bother to give you a descriptor that impactful, but you are a gadfly who seems to delight in riling people up. Even before you revealed yourself, you didn't seem to be able to hold yourself back from doing that.

I'm a demon, it's what we do. And if you can't get over that to play a stupid game, there's worse things in store for you in your future.

You're better off not making sweeping generalizations like that.

[ Not about what he can and can't get over, but the statement about demons. He doesn't particular like the word anyways, considering how it's used in his world. ]

Then how could you know about demons more than an actual one?

You might be right about that, but I was raised by Liches, so I'm not unfamiliar.

Liches aren't demons, they're undead. Completely different!

What are you talking about? Liches aren't undead, they're just a branch of the Sarkaz.

That sounds like a made up word. Anyway, this is stupid and I don't care.

[ he's not really one for a logical argument unless he can get something out of it. ]

[ Different worlds different words then. It's not like demon is the common parlance for Sarkaz by anyone who isn't trying to be rude and crude about them. ]

[ he will absolutely not shut up, but this should be no surprise. ]

[ It should not, but Lessing did start this fight, so Minami is in the right. ]

[ It's an argument he can quickly see going nowhere. While Lessing won't be leaving the game, he will decidedly refuse to respond to that and drag this out when he can focus on the bottle and the other players instead.

Win/win situation? Lessing can feel he won by having ignored Minami, and Minami can feel he won by getting the last word in?

... Maybe not.

The real winners are probably anyone that doesn't have to listen to more squabbling. ]
