week four | match ceremony & end
Welcome to the final match ceremony, where the teens bet everything on what they’ve figured out. Their wishes, their victory all depends on this.
Everyone is led to the same balcony set up as the previous weeks, and are left to get settled. There are cute finger foods and lovely drinks to have, as per usual.
To one side, there's a small stage of sorts, with a podium where the characters will place their hands to lock in their answers.
Wednesday and Ryuji, as well as Ritsuka and Lessing still have their place of honor over to the side, and they’ve now been joined by Mark and Anna. Enjoy chilling over there! The rest of the contestants are ushered to the main seating area to get all settled in.
And, standing in front of the makeshift stage, with a set of six unlit lights behind him and three lit lights, stand the two Co-Overseers. The Tsukasa and Nene fits for the final ceremony! Classy! You all dressed up nicely too, right? Tsukasa is counting on you guys.
Both Nene and Tsukasa take the stage with practiced movements, as if they are very used to stepping onstage together, even though this is the first ceremony where Nene will be taking part.
Tsukasa makes a sweeping gesture to the gathered company, a sincerely bright smile on his face.
"Welcome to the final Match Ceremony. This is it! I hope you are all ready–though, of course, I’m sure that you are.”
He clears his throat, and nods towards the three lit lights.
“You now have three Perfect Match lights–one for Miss Addams and Ryuji, one for Ritsuka and Lessing and one for Mark and Anna. This means that you only need five more to finally succeed.”
He takes a deep breath, and then glances over at Nene, meeting her eyes.
She takes over. Despite her tremulous introduction before, when she’s onstage, she seems to have a professional confidence that was lacking before, voice clear as she continues, "You’ve picked the ones who are going up this week, so this shouldn’t be a surprise… but let’s start.”
Tsukasa nods, and turns his attention to Sanji.
"Sanji, if you please?"
--
Happy Match Ceremony! Each character picking this week will be called up in an order determined by the producers (read: rng'd). Each will get their own sub-toplevel that characters can react to at will.
After the matches have all been locked in, we will then find out just how many you all got right.
THIS IS IT! WE FINALLY MADE IT!

ENDGAME
As noted, the teens have succeeded in finding all of their Perfect Matches, which means they will each receive one wish to use as they please.
They will also each be granted a ~magical cell phone~, which looks like a standard classic smartphone. These phones will allow them to call the other people on this season: they have voice call and a texting/LINE service. The LINE service has stickers of all of the characters from this season expressing various emotions. You're welcome.
For visitation rights, Tsukasa will tell everyone that they can occasionally come by the house to meet up with each other, or go to each other's worlds, but it cannot be done often. So if you're hopping to someone else's world, be prepared to stay for a little while, okay? Magic has limits!
Otherwise... go nuts, say farewell, and thanks for playing! Various endgame link things will be added to the post above as I get them up. Feel free to use this post to make your endgame toplevels!

[???]
[the fuck is this]
[witchcraft???!?!?!]
[he didn't bring much with him-- just the bag that he wore over his shoulders practically every single day, and the sword at his waist-- so. . . he isn't leaving with much, either. but he is wearing a nice, fashionable brown trench coat with a navy blue scarf, instead of his normal white coat. maybe he learned something??]
[once he figures the phone out (if. . . he figures it out. . .) he'll be doing his round of goodbyes. . .!]

He stands and waits, fussing with his actual cellphone, for whatever that took him here to get him out. He, truly, has nothing he wants to say to anyone and he'd rather just go. But he will probably be here for a few more fleeting moments if, for whatever reason, your character wants to say goodbye.]

That aside, she won't leave until she says goodbye to everyone, so you won't have to worry about catching her before she leaves. But either you'll catch her spending one more time soaking her feet in the pool or looking around for Fou or she's approaching you herself with a wave.
Who knows! ]

They haven't talked about the fact that they've granted easy access to each other now, but... ]
Even with everything they're offering us, it'll be awhile, won't it?

Ohhh, I'm gonna miss you so bad... Thank you for always being there for me, especially when I was super depressed after breaking things off with Will like a fool but he was also being so super dumb and it worked out but you really, really helped you fluffball!

He’s perfectly willing and eager to step away to say hello, though, the moment you catch his eye.]

So she is… very slowly… walking with her luggage, dragging it behind her as it rolls on its wheels, the most languid stride ever.
If you say goodbye to her, SHE SUPPOSES she will humor you. She’s not waiting for anyone to come up to her or something!]

So he pops up at her side, matching her stride, with his arms clutched behind him as casual as possible. ]
Soooo. Headin' home?

Here, have some dessert to go.
[Consequently, he's one of the last to leave. But once he's packed and ready to go, he nods to himself, loosens his tie around his neck, and heads out without lingering any longer.]

Next time, I'll be the one making something for you. Don't forget that.

[ He really did know more than Lessing for once. ]
Guess Anna can use her wish for something else now.

[ a huff!!!!!! only one person in this world could be so mad about having a FREE WISH... ]
I'm not exactly lacking on anything, and I'd get sick of any lifetime supplies of food... one summer of somen was enough.

He doesn't want to go just yet. He wants to linger as long as possible until it seems truly time to go. Then he'll leave. But for now, he wants to stay in this moment just a little longer. ]

[holds up his phone! . . . there are scrambled letters flashing on the screen]
I think I learned how to use it. . .!

almost anyone else except minami and josuke probably
anna is surrounded by suitcases. if you saw her struggling to get stuff in earlier and complaining to production that she needed yet another until she got it, no you didn't. she's always had this many. they aren't mismatched. don't worry about it.
but
she supposes that she won't have to use her wish on what she'd wanted... which means it's up for grabs... ]
I wonder if there's like, an expiration date on these.
[ hmm! who can say. anyway, she's happily looking at all the Adorable Stickers and giggling to herself about them. definitely... not leaving just yet, wanting to linger around a little longer -- not just to say goodbye, but to close a chapter in her life that'd become so much more than she thought. ]
no subject
[anyway, he didn't see her huge pile of suitcases at the beginning, so he is. . . giving her luggage a sideways glance. girl. you travel like that?? all he has is a bag. . .]
[but his smile is soft otherwise as he approaches, hands clinging to his bag strap]
