Welcome to your fourth and final week, teens!

There aren’t many changes around the house today: it seems everyone is dialed in on what needs to be done and the upcoming week. Everything that was on the fritz last week is now back to normal, aside from the Dress Up Your Blorbo curse. You can still do that at will.

Anyway, it's fine that all seems quiet.

[She exhales something that’s not quite a laugh, because she’s right. Dorothea has heard platitudes like that countless times before. And maybe they’re not entirely wrong, but they just don’t get it. Don’t understand the real effects something like this has on a person. Even still, she’d take that over the pure pity or disdain others had shown her once they learned of her past.]

I called her Lucy. [She pulls the little doll away from the gentle hug she’d enveloped it in, fondness in her eyes as she regards it for a lingering moment.]

And as for giving me a chance…

[With the memory ended and the stage set once again with its little scenes, Dorothea motions with her other hand to the still figure of the woman singing.]

Manuela Casagranda. An opera star who overhead me singing one day and insisted I put my talent to use. She changed my life.

[ lucy... cute. anna turns to the singing woman, studying her with a pleased smile. ]

And now you're a singer on a stage all her own... You really came far, huh?

[ she. won't touch anything else, because she can just ask dorothea if she really want so know, and that seems more courteous than just smacking her hands on people and things. ]
