Welcome to your fourth and final week, teens!

There aren’t many changes around the house today: it seems everyone is dialed in on what needs to be done and the upcoming week. Everything that was on the fritz last week is now back to normal, aside from the Dress Up Your Blorbo curse. You can still do that at will.

Anyway, it's fine that all seems quiet.

There’s plenty going on anyway this week.

[he won't be invading her memories or her privacy without permission. he is not that cruel]

[ Her gaze slides away. ]

It's not that I think you wouldn't be able to handle them. But I think I wouldn't be able to forgive myself for letting you see them. Even I still have nightmares about them. And explaining them would be even worse.

[quietly, with a shake of his head]

. . . I wouldn't ask you to explain. To. . . relive the pain that you have already experienced.

[he tilts his head towards her with a tiny smile, before standing and stepping away from the plushes]

I just thought that perhaps, if you weren't the only one to remember them, then. . . [he trails off. he thought. . . that it might relieve some of the weight of their remembrance from her shoulders]

[but. . . he can respect her desire to carry it alone. her desire to protect him from the horrible things she had been forced to do. if he were her, then certainly he would feel the same]

I'll be okay. [ And she means that. ]

They're still important, precious memories. I don't think I'd be who I am or be able to keep going without having met them.
