So, uh.

Welcome to Week Three! We’ve officially passed the halfway point, and after a super, duper successful Match Ceremony, I’m sure the teens are feeling all hyped up and raring to go.

Right?

Regardless, there are a few changes this Monday morning to greet the teens:

• First off, there is a new bathroom! Oooh, aaaahhhh. Three whole bathrooms in the house for the teens now. Enjoy.
  
• There is also a set of video games in the living room to connect to the TV. They are pretty much all multiplayer party games like M*rio C*rt. Don’t kill each other.
  
• There are a few packs of dorayaki now scattered around the house.
  
• There is also a piano now in the living room!
  
• On the counter in the kitchen, there is also some paper and writing implements, like basic ballpoint pens. Wait, doesn’t that break the rules?

Tsukasa’s extremely loud and obnoxious voice is not here to greet you guys this morning, which means it seems there isn’t a Task for the week–

But something else seems to be going on.

[She nods over to the cuddly couple of Anna and Will. Anna has already put forth the choice and Will seems to agree.]

Goro seems like the choice. Granted he's willing.

[ Technically speaking he doesn't have to be....

But it probably would be a nightmare if he wasn't. ]

I guess we just need to ask his opinion about the idea then.

I'd certainly prefer that over simply forcing him over, but...

[She'd simply prefer to avoid everyone forcing a situation resulting in a fight. Even setting aside that it can hardly lead anywhere good, she's got too soft a heart to want to see it devolve any further.]

I have to admit I'm a little shocked to see it.

[Okay, Anna being in on it doesn't surprise her given the history, but. Well.]

I can't imagine this bodes well for future strategizing.

[ He sighs, ears drooping slightly as he considers what that's going to look like. ]

It would be easier if we had a pair that was eager to go to the truth booth instead of whatever this is. I don't mind going instead if it's going to be a big problem, but I assumed people might actually want to take the chance to figure out their match.

Most people are afraid of rejection, even if only a little bit. Even with many of the people here playing more for the wish than any sort of actual romance, it makes sense to me that it would be a feeling that's hard to shake. Especially when going in there puts you right under the spotlight.

[And if there's something many can't deal with well outside of rejection, then it's definitely the scrutiny of being center stage.]

He doesn't have to be willing. I'm voting him anyway, and if he has an issue with going then that's a him problem. Production can get involved.

[Thinking about the scene that would cause is already giving her a headache. Maybe this hadn't been the right way to go about it, as much as she thinks getting the answers will do them all good.]

Are you that opposed to going in there with Will yourself? It'll get us the same answer regardless, not to mention make the whole thing a lot easier...

Of course not! I'd be happy to, really, even if we end up not being a match.

[ she's so confident now... but like a real certain kind of confidence. ]

[A beat, because she's not fully convinced there won't be trouble in paradise if they get their match declined...]

Because if we aren't, do you think Akechi-kun'll go back on his declaration to never pick Will-kun again?

I want everyone's wishes to come true. Even his, since it'll make him happy. It's not like I've got a real horse in the race compared to others, since... I did come here looking for love, and I found it.

So I'll make sure everyone else ends up happy too.

It doesn't matter if he's willing, it matters what we vote. If he doesn't agree to this, who's to say he'll actually lock in if it's him and Will for the last ceremony? Or plain pick him for that matter.
