Welcome to week two, Teens Who Are Definitely Searching for Love!

Hopefully everyone got a lot of rest over the weekend, and are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for the upcoming week, because there are a few things of interest this week.

But first, some changes of note in the house!

First: there is a giant rectangular box on the living room table, addressed to Lessing. It is a care package. The only thing in it is his sword.

There is some Bauernbrot bread on the counter. Ask Lessing about that too.

There is now a hot tub near the pool. It’s large enough to seat about six teens comfortably, but you can get more in there if you really try for some reason.

Okay I think that’s everything. Additionally, Tsukasa is here early this week! He’s looking pretty perky, seemingly recovered from the Match Ceremony, and he’s got some interesting info to share with everyone.

[ Sorry, Mark. He wasn't trying to unsteady people. He's just happy to have his big, stupid sword back right now.

The smile does ease a little bit when Mark starts to talk to him (nothing personal, the neutral expression just comes more naturally), though his ears do perk up in turn. ]

Seems like it. I don't think I'll have much use for it here, but it's comforting to have.

[Such a shame, but Dorothea will be wearing a very pleased smile at the way Anna’s blushing anyway.]

Of course. We wouldn’t want to go making your man jealous, now would we?

[And then there’s a little glance over to Will. Guess she’s going for the double-strike with the both of them.

When she turns back to Anna, she’ll lean right in for a chaste little cheek kiss.]

[ It might be character development! It's certainly her clearly trying not to have a repeat of their first interaction, and he can acknowledge that much.

He'll set down the piece he was eating on a plate, and move to cut off another slice for her.

If she's going to try, he will too, attempting conversation on this one, though he's... Well, he's Lessing, so it comes out drier than the bread he's handing her. ]

It's even better if you have some cheese with it.

[ Or soup, but that's not as easily on hand. ]

Wow. Surprising. With all the white you wear.

[ oooh. sooo surprising. she can't hide her face that well like this... the most she can do is look straight up. the pink streaks down to her neck a bit as her fingers twist his hair a little more. not painfully though. ]

... It's an action you can eat. Ask someone to solve that riddle for you if you want, I know you won't get it.

[ It doesn't surprise him in the slightest. He doesn't know a ton about the world that Ritsuka comes from, but given what she's told him about her own battles with tyrants, it seems likely she'd pick up a few scars.

It doesn't mean he won't notice them, but he is quick to let his attention settle on her face.

He'll also make sure she's got plenty of space to climb in though as he settles into the water. ]

Seemed as good a night as any for it.

If you wanna, you should! And if the result is bad I'll break the bottle ☆~. [ he settles in next to him, getting cozy as he's want to do. ]

[ Don't mind Lessing standing here eating his dry bread. He does usually eat it with cheese or a spread or some sort, but hadn't really bothered raiding the fridge to pair it with something this time.

He will stop mid-chew to give her a curious look, one of his ears tilting back, before resuming so he can at least swallow his food before responding. ]

You thought they were fake?

[ Dammit... he really thought he was onto something with that one. There's a heavy sigh on Lessing's part as he frowns down at his own challenge sheet. ]

What does it look like then?

[ There's only like two kinds of pillows in the house, besides his own special pillow, and he can't imagine any of them are lap pillows. ]

It sounds like we had the same idea.

[ Truly a good night to soak in the hot tub, and she settles in with a sigh of contentment. He's left her a lot of room, after all. ]

Not as good as hot springs, but pretty nice, right?

I mean, yeah, please do it was super good, but that's not the answer, so don't run Sanji-kun out of the kitchen. Josuke-kun should know what I'm talking about... Mark-kun too.

I've never actually been to a hot spring, so I can't really compare.

[ For a guy who overtaxes his muscles though, the hot water is very nice, and he's happy to lean back and let his eyes drift shut. ]

Everyone is working hard to complete their scavenger hunts, after all.

Lessing does frown slightly at her gasp. ]

This is not Will who just spun the bottle. He does know how staunchly she's decided on Will though, so he'll raise an eyebrow at her in silent question, not yet moving. ]
